My order still says Processing; what gives?
We are well known for the best logistics in the vape industry and are always improving.
An order that is “Processing” means that it is being picked, packed and shipped. It will update automatically as soon as the warehouse sends us the tracking number.
Remember that orders placed before 12PM EST are shipped the same day. If you placed your order after that, it will ship the very next day.
My order says the status is Complete but it has not yet arrived:
